The dinner will be hosted by Rolf Lutz, Managing Director of Vinexx Global Wine Consultants and Chris Giuliani of Chateau des Charmes Vineyard in Niagara.

Chef David Blower has planned an exquisite six course menu, four of which will be matched with two 75 ml glasses of wine, one from the old world and one from the new.
